had a wonderful experience here, the staff and doctor were both great. was taken care of in a timely manner and the work done was great. could tell the doctor made sure it was done correctly. definitely recommend !

Very confused how this place has so many good reviews. I moved to Garland and needed a closer dentist so I had a regular cleaning here. They were weirdly pushy about getting Invisalign when my teeth are just fine. They had a mini presentation they show you just for Invisalign and why it would help, even if you explicitly say you aren’t interested. It was so offputting. I have never been told I needed that! Then I got the estimate at the end and was so shocked. They quoted over $1000 for fillings and I have never been quoted that much in my life. I went back to my old dentist all the way in Allen and they quoted $115, so what in the world!? Nice staff means nothing when they are scamming you left and right, so please please go find another place that is honest with you. The reason I was even reminded to leave a review is because I just received a voicemail from them. The lady spoke so fast I could hardly understand her, but I made out that she said I had a missed appointment which I never booked! Just stay away from them please! Go see an honest place!

We’ve come twice and both appts went great. We’ve had 2 different dental assts, both were quick, efficient, and handled my kids with care. We also saw Dr. Brian twice and he’s very nice and very accommodating in answering questions, etc. Will continue to return for visits!

This has got to be the nicest dental office I’ve ever been to. The work rooms are private with sliding glass doors, and everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistants, to the dentist’s themselves were extremely lovely. The entire time they kept asking to make sure I was okay. I have found my new dentist’s office!

From the moment I checked in until I checked out, I received excellent service. What I appreciated most is that the office doesn’t overbook appointments, so you receive one-on-one attention throughout your entire visit. I never felt rushed when asking questions about my treatment plan, and I didn’t feel pressured to begin treatment before I was ready. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I’m so glad Riviera is in my area—I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care!
